Masters Reservation policy: March 31 to April 8, 2013

Rates: $349/night + tax - one bed Suite (up to two people)
$449/night + tax – two bed Suite (up to four people)
Additional Guest $40/night + tax (maximum 4-6 people depending on Suite type)

Minimum four and seven night bookings accepted until 1 March 2012, and then minimum two night bookings will be accepted on a space available basis. For reservation to be completed, Guest must present a signed copy of Hotel cancellation policy faxed to 706.790.9711 along with a copy of the front and back of the credit card which will be used to pay for the reservation within 48 hours of booking. Credit card will be charged full amount 45 days prior to first night of the reservation, beyond this date there is NO REFUND on any amount.

Masters® Tournament Cancellation Policy

I, the undersigned, will abide by and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding Masters® Week reservations the Executive Suites Inn (the Hotel), 3682 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA.

- Reservation isnon-refundable for any reason past the period of 45 days prior to the date of the first night booked.

- Reservation will only be complete after a signed copy of this Cancellation policy and a copy of the front and back of the credit card that will be used to pay for the reservation is faxed to the Hotel at 706.790.9711 within 24 hours of booking.

- There will be an additional nightly charge for any Guests over the stated maximum depending on Suite type.

- Credit card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation 45 days prior to the date of the first night booked.

- Any dispute will be governed by this cancellation policy.
